Is VuePod waterproof?
No. VuePod is an indoor camera and is not waterproof or submersible. It is made to view your tank or terrarium through the glass — please do not place it in water.
Can I use it inside the aquarium?
No. VuePod is not submersible. It is designed to view your aquarium or terrarium from outside the glass, indoors.
Does it work for reptile and terrarium tanks?
Yes. VuePod is built for aquarium and terrarium viewing — including reptile, gecko, and turtle setups — mounted to look through the glass.
Does it support night viewing?
No. VuePod does not include night vision or infrared. It is designed for normal, lit conditions — which also keeps things comfortable for your animals.
What app does it use?
VuePod works with the free TSCloud app, available for iOS and Android.
Does it have audio?
Yes. VuePod has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio — you can listen in and talk through the camera from the TSCloud app.
How does it connect to Wi-Fi?
VuePod connects to your home Wi-Fi through the TSCloud app during setup, and works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Step-by-step instructions are in the Set-Up Guide.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from our US warehouse. Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 2–6 business days.

Can I share the video or screenshot?
Yes. VuePod is designed to make tank views easy to capture and share.
Do I need a subscription?
No. VuePod records 24/7 to a microSD card with no monthly fee, and live view and capture work right out of the box. Cloud storage is an optional extra — never required.

Does it record? What memory card do I need?
Yes. VuePod records locally to a microSD card (up to 128 GB, Class 10/U1, sold separately). No subscription is needed to record or play back your footage.
