This Billing Policy describes how your order is billed on vuepod.net (the “Site”), operated by SmartSF Technology Limited (“VuePod,” “we,” “us”).
What you are billed
At checkout you are billed the product price plus any options you select (for example, a silicone shell) and any applicable shipping, taxes, or fees. The full amount is shown and confirmed before you place your order.
Currency
All amounts are billed in US dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees for accounts held in another currency.
One-time purchases
VuePod hardware is a one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in any recurring charge or subscription for using your camera. If we ever offer an optional paid plan, its billing terms and any renewal will be disclosed clearly before you subscribe, and you may cancel at any time.
Taxes and duties
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by your jurisdiction are your responsibility and are not included in the product price.
Refunds and adjustments
