Returns
We want you to be happy with your VuePod. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. It applies to purchases made on vuepod.net.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused or gently tested, with all accessories, and in the original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email tech@vuepod.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For other returns (for example, change of mind), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or defective items
If your VuePod arrives damaged or defective, contact us at tech@vuepod.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Defects may also be covered under our Warranty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. If you need help, contact support and we’ll guide you through it.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Items that are damaged through misuse, accident, or improper handling (including water damage — VuePod is not waterproof);
- Free gifts or promotional items, unless faulty.
