Warranty
VuePod products are covered by a limited warranty provided by SmartSF Technology Limited (“VuePod,” “we,” “us”). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
What this warranty covers
We warrant that your VuePod camera will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 365 days from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it, or refund it.
What this warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function;
- Damage from misuse, accident, drops, or improper installation or operation;
- Water damage. VuePod is an indoor viewing camera and is not waterproof; do not submerge it or place it in water;
- Damage from using non-approved accessories, power sources, or unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Lost or stolen products, and products with a removed or altered serial number;
- Issues caused by third-party apps, Wi-Fi networks, or services not provided by us.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us at tech@vuepod.net with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (with photos or a short video) of the issue. We may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it. If a return is required for a valid covered claim, we will provide instructions.
Remedy
For a valid claim, your remedy is repair, replacement, or refund as described above. A replacement may be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, and is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the only warranty that applies, and any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
