This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on vuepod.net. Estimated costs and delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If we add other destinations, the available options will appear at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During launches or promotions, processing may take a little longer — thanks for your patience.
Shipping methods, time, and cost
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. Most orders ship from our US warehouse; once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 2–6 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking information where available. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after you receive it.
Delays, customs, and duties
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-demand periods, or events beyond our control. For any shipments that cross a border, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply; these are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at tech@vuepod.net with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we’ll help make it right. Damage claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase, but contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
