User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your use of vuepod.net (the “Site”) and any account you create. The Site is operated by SmartSF Technology Limited (“VuePod,” “we,” “us”). This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to buy from us or create an account. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes no unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site; and no use that violates the rights of others.
Content you submit
If you submit photos, videos, reviews, or other content (for example, to our Tank Wall), you confirm you own or have the right to share it, and you grant VuePod a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it on our Site and channels. You may ask us to remove your content at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, and logos, are owned by VuePod or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, consistent with our Terms of Service.
